![]() ![]() ![]() I also investigated upside down fonts, but couldn't figure out how to add new fonts to inkscape. I made the right example by making a larger rectangle and reversing the direction of the path, but because they are on the inside of a rectangle, it made the tops of the letters really bunched up, and doesn't look nice, and if I increase the space between letters, it ends up pushing the letters really far apart before the tops aren't touching. In the image on the left, they are where I want the words to be, and the example on the right is the orientation of the letters I want. This will place your text around the outside edge of the circle. Simply select both the text and the circle, either by shift-clicking them or clicking and dragging a selection over both (using the Select tool,) then navigate to Text > Put on Path in the menu. I am wanting to put the text going counter-clockwise around the rectangle with the top of the text touching the rectangle. To wrap the text around a circle we will be using the put on path feature. The text goes clockwise around the rectangle with the bottom of the text on the outside of the rectangle. The make your text, and choose Text>put on path with the circle and text selected. ![]()
